At Dila Adorn, we take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. Since our jewelry items are delicate, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Return Eligibility

We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you must initiate a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery (Return Period).

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To qualify for a return, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:

The package in sealed condition, with the label intact (not cut or removed).

The full unboxing process from start to finish without any pauses, cuts, or edits.

Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process a return or exchange.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

Your order details.

The unboxing video as per the above guidelines.

A brief description of the damage or defect.
We will review the video and approve or decline the return request. If the video does not meet the conditions, the return will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The package was tampered with before arrival.
To process such claims, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects are not accepted.

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Once your return is approved, we will send a replacement for the same item.
Refunds
If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
